This is perhaps one of my favourite recipes for when I’m feeling lazy, the ingredients are quite literally whatever you want.
Prep Time: subjective Cooking time: 15 minutes total time: subjective yield: subjective
INGREDIENTS
- whatever kind of broth or stock you want, and around 1 liter per person
- whatever veggies you feel like putting in the broth
- any kind of sauce
- any kind of meat
- frozen Chinese rice noodles
INSTRUCTION
- put the broth in a large pot and make it boil. while the broth is boiling chop any ulterior ingredients you may have into semi-thin slices.
- after the broth has reached boiling temperature put vegetables, meat and the frozen noodles into the broth, wait for around 10 minutes for the newly added ingredients to cook and then serve.
TIPS & NOTES
- for the broth you can either buy pre-made broth from stores or you can prepare some of your own, if you have your own broth I recommend storing it in some cubic shaped hard-plastic containers and then freezing them.
- you can also add some boiled eggs as a sort of topping if you so feel like
